Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how refunds and returns work for products sold by NextWorld Archive.

Digital Products

Most NextWorld Archive products are digital, including ebooks, PDFs, reports, restored public domain editions, and other downloadable files.

Digital items are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available through BookFunnel, direct PDF download, email delivery, account access, or another delivery method.

When We May Offer a Refund

We may offer a refund or replacement access when:

  • You accidentally made a duplicate purchase.
  • A technical delivery problem prevents you from receiving or accessing the product, and we cannot reasonably fix it.
  • The wrong file or product was delivered.
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Delivery Problems

If you do not receive your digital product, please contact us before placing a second order. We can help check the order, resend delivery information, or provide an alternate download path when available.

BookFunnel Delivery

Some ebooks may be delivered through BookFunnel. BookFunnel can help with device-specific download issues, including sending files to Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, Nook, or another reader app.

If BookFunnel delivery fails, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Physical Products

NextWorld Archive may offer print books, used books, rare finds, collector items, or other physical products in the future.

Return eligibility for physical products may depend on the item type, condition, listing description, and shipping status. Used or rare items may show wear, marks, aging, or other condition details described in the listing.

Unless a listing says otherwise, physical items must be returned in the same condition received before a refund can be considered. Shipping costs, return shipping, taxes, and handling fees may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If a physical item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if available.
