NICK BOAZ

Nick Boaz is Jade’s brother, closest confidant, and one of the central figures in the unfolding Superhuman Race mystery. Naturally curious and technically gifted, Nick grew up repairing discarded technology with his father, turning broken machines into useful tools.
After being taken with Jade and subjected to experimentation, Nick begins exhibiting physical changes he cannot control. His escape from the camp forces him into a brutal test of survival while he searches for a way to return with help. His strongest motivation remains simple: get back to Jade.
NOAH SANTANA

Noah Santana’s life is dismantled through betrayal, imprisonment, and a chain of events that ultimately place him inside the International Lunar Prison. His fight for survival exposes him to the SH drug, transforming his body while binding his continued existence to the very substance destroying him.
Inside the prison, Noah becomes a dangerous anomaly. He survives battles intended to kill him, forms unlikely alliances, and discovers that the conspiracy surrounding his life extends far beyond crime or corruption. His reason for continuing to fight remains Nicole and Steven, even when Earth is impossibly far away.
THOMAS NIGHTSHADE

Personal tragedy changes the mission. His pursuit of Alejandro Reyes takes him illegally into Mexico, where his path intersects with Miguel Garcia and the young resistance known as Los Muertos. What begins as vengeance grows into something larger as Nightshade discovers evidence that powerful institutions may have known far more about the experiments than they admitted.
RACHELLE BOAZ

Rachelle Boaz is the mother of Jade, Nick, and Alexis and the emotional center of the Boaz household. In the early records, she appears as a fiercely protective parent trying to keep her family intact as extraordinary events begin closing in around them.
Her reactions to the growing danger suggest she knows more about the forces surrounding the family than she is initially willing to reveal. By the end of the third record, her past remains one of the central unresolved questions in the Boaz file.
LUKE BOAZ

ALEXIS “LEXIE” BOAZ

Alexis, known as Lexie, is the youngest member of the Boaz family. She remains largely outside the direct center of the superhuman conflict during the first three books, but her presence is crucial to understanding the stakes facing Rachelle and Luke.

Her belief in Noah and her need to understand what happened to him keep the Santana family story connected to the larger conspiracy even while Noah is removed from Earth.
STEVEN SANTANA

Steven Santana is the son of Noah and Nicole. Though his direct role in the first three books is limited, he remains one of the most important people in Noah’s life.
For Noah, thoughts of Steven provide a tether to Earth and to the life stolen from him. His existence turns survival from instinct into purpose.
GASPAR SKYHAWK

Gaspar is a pivotal figure in the chain of events that destroys Noah Santana’s former life. His actions and connections place him at the center of suspicions surrounding Noah’s framing and imprisonment.
By the end of Book 3, the full extent of Gaspar’s motivations and loyalties remains unresolved, making his file one of the more heavily restricted supporting records.
DR. SUH SINGH
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Dr. Suh Singh is one of the principal medical figures connected to Noah Santana’s condition inside the International Lunar Prison. His work places him at the point where medicine, experimentation, and survival become indistinguishable.
Singh monitors Noah’s altered physiology and the effects of the SH compound. His relationship with Noah is complicated by the fact that he can appear genuinely concerned while still functioning inside a system built on coercion and experimentation.
THE OVERSEER
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Known only as the Overseer, this inmate power broker controls a significant portion of the social and criminal machinery inside the lunar prison. His flamboyant manner conceals a calculating operator who treats violence, information, and survival as currencies.
Noah Santana’s arrival disrupts that balance. Their relationship evolves through hostility, bargaining, and uneasy respect, creating one of the strangest alliances in the prison record by the end of Book 3.
RAGE / GEORGE DOYLE
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Rage is one of the earliest and most violent examples of altered humanity encountered in the series. His attack on the Boaz family becomes a catalyst for the events that follow and provides frightening evidence that ordinary biological limits are no longer reliable.
Later prison records connect Rage to Noah Santana’s lunar story. His death raises as many questions as it answers, especially concerning the origin and scope of the experiments that created beings like him.
JOHNNY NIGHTSHADE

Johnny Nightshade is Thomas Nightshade’s brother and one of the few people Thomas can still rely on as his investigation moves beyond official channels. A former serviceman, Johnny now operates a private security business with access to specialized equipment and information.
His operation, known as the Dungeon, becomes a staging point for Thomas’s increasingly personal campaign. Johnny provides support while recognizing that his brother may be crossing lines that cannot easily be uncrossed.
ALEJANDRO REYES

Alejandro Reyes emerges in Purgatory as one of the most dangerous figures operating behind the superhuman crisis in Mexico. His power extends beyond conventional organized crime into experimentation, altered subjects, and networks capable of intimidating both civilians and officials.
Nightshade’s pursuit of Reyes becomes deeply personal, while Miguel Garcia’s history reveals that Reyes’s interest in human experimentation stretches back years. His full ambitions remain only partially understood by the end of Book 3.
MIGUEL SOTERO GARCIA

Miguel Sotero Garcia is an elder figure connected to Los Muertos and one of the few people who can speak from direct experience about Alejandro Reyes’s experiments. Years earlier, Miguel himself was used as a test subject, leaving him permanently changed.
His knowledge and unusual perceptions make him an important guide for Thomas Nightshade and the young resistance around him. Miguel’s death at the hands of Reyes’s forces turns his knowledge into legacy and deepens Los Muertos’ war against the cartel.
MAGDALENA “LENA” GARCIA

Magdalena Garcia is one of the central young fighters of Los Muertos. Raised in the shadow of Reyes’s violence, she is shaped by loss, resistance, and the determination to protect those still trapped under cartel control.
Her alliance with Thomas Nightshade brings two very different fighters into the same war. Magdalena’s courage and combat skill make her far more than a supporting presence, while the deeper history surrounding her family remains only partly visible by the end of Purgatory.
ISABELLA
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Isabella is one of the young members of Los Muertos operating against the Reyes network. She carries the anger of someone who has already lost too much and channels it into direct action against the cartel.
Within the group, Isabella provides raw force and determination. Her file remains comparatively sparse in Book 3, but her presence helps establish Los Muertos as a collection of survivors rather than a conventional resistance organization.
CARLOS
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Carlos is a member of Los Muertos whose body bears evidence of technological alteration. His mechanical voice and visible augmentation mark him as another example of how experimentation and violence have reshaped the young people living under Reyes’s influence.
Despite what has been done to him, Carlos remains an active fighter and trusted member of the resistance. His presence broadens the Archive’s understanding of what altered humanity can look like outside formal laboratories.
JUAN

Juan is one of the youngest members of Los Muertos. Taken in by Miguel after losing his family, he grows up among people who understand survival as a daily act of resistance.
His age never prevents him from participating in the group’s operations. Juan’s courage and sharp instincts make him a memorable part of the team, while also underscoring the human cost of the conflict surrounding Reyes.
RIPLEY
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Ripley is one of the key gifted children Jade encounters inside the camp. Calm under pressure and naturally strategic, he becomes part of the small circle that helps Jade understand the hidden rules governing their imprisonment.
His unusual ability allows him to separate from his body and move in an astral state, a talent that gives the group a rare advantage. Ripley increasingly functions as a planner and protector as the children begin thinking beyond survival toward resistance.
ADITI
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Aditi is one of the core gifted children Jade befriends inside the camp. She helps Jade navigate the social dangers surrounding both the other prisoners and the privileged children receiving controlled enhancement treatments.
Aditi’s loyalty to the group makes her part of the emotional spine of the camp resistance. Book 3 establishes her importance to the team while leaving the full nature of her abilities largely unexplained.
MEI

Mei is another member of the camp’s surviving inner circle. Quick to question danger and unwilling to accept easy assurances, she brings skepticism and edge to a group that cannot afford misplaced trust.

ANDREI

WEYLAND

Weyland is the most openly irreverent member of Ripley’s group. Humor is his armor, and he uses it even when the camp’s circumstances make laughter feel almost impossible.

CRISTIAN KUINN

Cristian Kuinn is the dominant figure among the camp’s privileged children. Unlike the imprisoned gifted children, Cristian and his inner circle receive carefully controlled enhancement injections and move through the camp with an authority that reflects their families’ power.
His father, Samuel Kuinn, is identified as one of the powerful figures connected to the camp. Cristian’s hostility toward Jade places him directly opposite the resistance group and exposes the camp’s rigid hierarchy.
YASHA KOVALESKI

Yasha Kovaleski is one of the camp’s most disturbing elite subjects. Unlike the others, he has no conventional family history in the record and is identified as a clone.
Yasha’s psychological instability makes him dangerous even to those around him. His refusal to consistently take medication intended to control his behavior adds another layer of volatility to the already dangerous camp hierarchy.
CASTARA
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Castara is one of the camp elite and one of the young fighters regarded by Jade’s group as especially dangerous. She carries herself with the confidence of someone accustomed to privilege, training, and physical dominance.
Her presence helps define the split between the children being experimented upon and those being deliberately cultivated as successful enhancement subjects. In Book 3, her deeper family background remains unrevealed.
SASHA
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Sasha is part of Cristian Kuinn’s elite circle and one of the enhanced youths who occupy the camp’s privileged tier. Alongside Castara, she is viewed by Jade’s group as a serious physical threat.
Her role in Book 3 is primarily defined through the camp hierarchy and the threat posed by the elite children. The Archive therefore keeps her background deliberately limited to what is visible in Purgatory.
SAMUEL KUINN
ARCHIVE HISTORY
Samuel Kuinn is the powerful father of Cristian Kuinn and one of the principal names associated with the camp’s upper hierarchy. The records describe him as a man with extraordinary reach, including relationships with governments and people capable of protecting the camp from outside scrutiny.

CISNEROS

His encounters with Los Muertos place him directly in the resistance’s path. His death demonstrates that Reyes’s altered enforcers are formidable, but not invulnerable.
COLONEL TRAVIS TURNER

Colonel Travis Turner operates on the government side of the emerging superhuman crisis. His work brings him into the investigation surrounding Rage, the International Lunar Prison, and the larger questions Washington can no longer dismiss.
Turner represents an institution trying to understand events that are moving faster than official policy. His conversations with Senator Grant Davis reveal growing concern that the superhuman problem is no longer isolated, local, or containable.
SENATOR GRANT DAVIS

Senator Grant Davis is a senior political figure involved in closed-door scrutiny of the superhuman crisis. His position places him among the people receiving information the public does not yet possess.
Through his interactions with Colonel Turner and other officials, Davis becomes part of the institutional response to Rage, Nightshade, and the widening international implications of altered humans.
BARBARA

Barbara is the artificial-intelligence assistant used by Colonel Turner. She supports his work through information retrieval, communications, and routine administrative tasks, functioning as an integrated presence in his office.

BRIAN POWELL

Brian Powell is a government agent who appears during the widening investigation surrounding Thomas Nightshade. His visit to Johnny Nightshade’s security operation brings official pressure directly to Thomas’s family.

ALBERT

What begins as a practical alliance develops into genuine loyalty. Sanchez repeatedly warns Noah about threats moving through the prison and helps him navigate a system where violence is often the only reliable language.
CHROME “CHROME DOME”

Chrome, often called Chrome Dome, is an older inmate drawn into Noah and Rodriguez’s desperate attempt to survive the widening prison conflict. He is not presented as a legendary fighter or enhanced subject, which makes his willingness to stand with them more notable.
